Change notice: Institutions will receive advance notice of material subprocessor changes as required by the applicable agreement.
Resso.ai uses a limited set of vetted service providers (“Subprocessors”) to deliver and secure the Education Services. Subprocessors may process Institution data only on our instructions and are contractually required to maintain safeguards at least as protective as Resso.ai’s.
Default data residency: Education/Institutional data is hosted in Canada using Microsoft Azure (Canada regions) unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Institution.
