Full-Stack Developer – Senior Developer Position

Project Summary:

We are an innovative Gen AI-driven company, specializing in creating compelling and personalized "Statements of Purpose" (SOPs) for individuals applying to academic institutions, visa applications, or project positions. We leverage cutting-edge technologies and strategic partnerships to deliver high-quality, coherent, and personalized SOPs. We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team (on a short-term contract) and help us design the platform for a seamless user experience.

Project Post:

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Type: Flexi timing, project-based

Duration: 3-4 weeks, starting September 8, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js to handle user input, data retrieval, and third-party service integrations
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases to store and retrieve user profiles, input data, and generate SOPs
• Build and optimize front-end user interfaces using React.js to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience
• Implement state management techniques using Context API or Redux for efficient data handling
• Integrate with APIs such as OpenAI, Microsoft Speech Service, and Microsoft Face to enhance the platform's capabilities
• Deploy and manage the application infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Utilize GitHub for version control and effective team collaboration
• Employ Microsoft DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Qualifications:

• Proven managerial experience as a Full-Stack Senior Developer with expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Microsoft Azure, shadcn/ui, React.js, PostgreSQL, OpenAI, and LLM
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, especially Microsoft Azure services
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like GitHub
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices using Microsoft DevOps
• Expertise in integrating and manipulating APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of natural language processing and experience with OpenAI's API
• Experience with voice and face recognition technologies
• Previous experience in leading and developing scalable and secure web applications
• Understanding of user experience design and the ability to translate design wireframes into high-quality code
• Basic knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR
• A keen eye for design and UX
